Our 50/50 Mesh Vinyl is a premium 6 mil black/white PVC designed for high-performance window graphics. With 1.6mm perforations, this film retains 50% of the image while allowing 50% light transmission—ideal for exterior-mounted graphics where interior visibility is needed.

Installation & Surface Preparation

Window Prep:

• Clean glass thoroughly with a 70/30 mix of isopropyl alcohol and water.

• Use a lint-free cloth to ensure a spotless surface.

• Make sure both the glass and window gaskets are completely dry before application.

Installation Tips:

• Apply using firm, overlapping squeegee strokes from the center outward.

• Trim vinyl back at least ¼"–½" from window gaskets to prevent edge lifting.

• Seal all edges to avoid moisture or dirt buildup beneath the film.
