8.5" x 11" (Magazine Style): Great for presentations, company profiles, and richly designed content.

100 lb Gloss Text: Lightweight with a shiny, upscale feel—perfect for inside pages.
100 lb Matte; Uncoated: Smooth, non-gloss finish that’s easy to write on—ideal for a professional, understated look.
100 lb Gloss Cover: Thicker and glossier—perfect for high-end booklet covers.
100 lb Matte Cover: A smooth, elegant non-gloss finish for a refined look.

All booklets are saddle-stitched—folded and stapled through the spine—for a clean and professional presentation.

Bleed & Border Options (select from the drop down menu)
Our product images clearly show the difference between bordered and full-bleed designs:

Bordered Printing: Includes white space around the edges—more economical.
Borderless (Full Bleed): Ink runs edge to edge—for a premium look and feel.

Note: For small runs (1–25 copies), only bordered, self-cover booklets are available. If you require borderless or separate cover stock, please request a custom quote.

FAQs

Page Counts: Booklets must be in multiples of 4 (e.g., 8, 12, 16... up to 64 pages).
Short-Run vs. Bulk: Short-run jobs are printed digitally (faster for small batches), while large-volume orders are produced using high-speed offset presses.
Turnaround Time: Once your file is approved, we begin production immediately. Orders submitted before 4 PM EST are eligible for same-day service.

Booklet File Setup Guidelines

To ensure accurate and high-quality prints, please follow these specifications when preparing your booklet artwork:

Accepted File Format: PDF only
Resolution: 300 DPI (high resolution for sharp, detailed output)

Full-Bleed Booklets
If your design extends to the edges of the page (no white border), please include bleed of 0.25 inches.

Example – 8.5" x 11" Booklet:

Final trimmed page size: 8.5" x 11"
With bleed: 8.75" x 11.25" per page
Upload: A multi-page PDF (e.g., an 8-page booklet = 8-page PDF), with each page sized at 8.75" x 11.25"

Booklets with White Borders
If your booklet has a white margin and does not require edge-to-edge printing, bleed is not necessary.
