Refund & Return Policy – Daffodil Print

To request a return, please contact us at customerservice@daffodilprint.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, you can always reach us at the same email.

Damages & Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because every order is custom-made to your exact specifications, once we begin production after receiving your digital files and payment, refunds are not available. These products have no resale value, so they cannot be returned. Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., flowers, plants), are also non-returnable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the posting.
