To ensure a flawless, high-quality finish, please follow the file preparation guidelines below.
Important Notes
Keep UV coverage under 30% to prevent cards from sticking together.
Mask files must be vector artwork created in vector-based programs like Adobe Illustrator for clean, sharp edges.
Avoid large solid UV areas — no larger than 1" x 1" for best results.
Up to 70% UV coverage is acceptable only for patterns, thin strokes, or small shapes.
Bleed Requirements
Add 0.125" bleed on all four sides
A standard business card (2" x 3.5") with bleed becomes 2.125" x 3.625"
